I’m a CAD designer based in Jersey, Channel Islands, specialising in mechanical parts, assemblies and technical drawings in Fusion 360.
My background is hands-on. I’ve worked on the shop floor modelling parts for the fitting phase of a build, where every part had to fit first time alongside the fitters. That experience shapes how I design: with clearances, tolerances and how the part will be made in mind from the start.
I also run FormWright, a commercial 3D printing and design service, so I design and test parts for additive manufacturing every day. I’m equally comfortable preparing models for laser cutting and steel fabrication, including welded assemblies.
