My journey began in the Aerospace Industry as a CNC machinist, advancing into CNC programming, process optimization, and ultimately into management roles overseeing fabrication and manufacturing departments.

Throughout my career, I have combined hands-on technical expertise with a passion for operational excellence. I have extensive experience leading teams, improving production workflows, and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive measurable results. By leading Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives, I have successfully streamlined processes, reduced waste, increased productivity, and developed cost-effective strategies that improve quality while strengthening financial performance.
