I’m Prakash Adhikari, an MEP Engineer with an graduate degree in Electrical Engineering and more than 6 years of experience delivering coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design packages.
I lead a multidisciplinary MEP team and have completed 100+ projects for clients in the United States, Bahamas, South Asia, and Australia, including residential, commercial, hospitality, remodel, addition, and new construction projects. I have worked extensively on US based projects, including California, Florida, Texas, Florida and most of the states producing coordinated drawing sets, calculations, schedules, and plan check revisions.

Our services include:

- Electrical: lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, load calculations, cable sizing, breaker sizing, transformer sizing, voltage-drop and fault-current calculations, grounding/earthing, EV provisions, solar PV and battery systems

- HVAC: Manual J, S & D, ASHRAE load calculations, CFM and ventilation calculations, duct sizing, diffuser/grille layouts, equipment selection, VRF, ducted, split and baseboard systems

- Plumbing: hot/cold water, fixture unit calculations, water pipe sizing, DWV, gas piping, sanitary and vent systems, riser/isometric diagrams, schedules

- Fire Protection: sprinkler layouts, head calculations, spacing, pipe sizing and equipment coordination

I work primarily with AutoCAD MEP, with additional experience in Revit, ProDesign/Amtech and DIALux. I also provide multidisciplinary coordination, constructability review, plan-check revisions, and provide MEP plan stamping with PE if required.

My focus is simple: accurate calculations, clean coordinated drawings, code conscious design, responsive communication, and on time delivery.
