Structural steel frame (truss/portal frame on piles): modeled and analyzed in CYPE 3D, including column-to-foundation connections and troubleshooting of analysis errors.
Plumbing and sanitary design: designed and sized the full hydraulic and sewage system in Revit, delivered to a contracting company.
Retaining wall project: prepared the drawing set (4 sheets) and the quantity takeoff table placed on the layout sheet.
Window schedule (Revit): organized 12 window types into 4 families, with a consistent schedule for the project.
Residential electrical design: sized the circuits for a 140 m² house (220 V), based on the architect’s layout.
Bolted steel connections: applied a client’s structural design criteria (A325/A307 bolts) and prepared a torque quick-reference for the fabrication team.
Also handled project planning: schedules, progress tracking and measurement reports, which helps me deliver on time and on scope.
