I help international clients develop mechanical products from concept through CAD, simulation, prototypes, and manufacturing documentation. I am a Bengaluru-based mechanical and electro-mechanical engineer with approximately five years of experience in precision CNC machinery, biomedical devices, composite structures, and sensor-based systems.
My services include SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor parts and assemblies; manufacturing-ready drawings, GD&T, BOM, and DFM/DFA review; structural and thermal FEA in ANSYS; CFD analysis in ANSYS Fluent; and automation of repetitive CAD and drawing workflows. I communicate design assumptions, deliver editable files and concise reports, and translate analysis results into practical design changes.

Prepare 3D CAD assemblies, manufacturing drawings, prototypes, and test documentation; support validation and cross-functional coordination with teams in India, Japan, and the US.
