I produce fire sprinkler layouts and hydraulic calculations in AutoSPRINK for contractors and engineering firms that need extra design capacity. You review and stamp; I model, calculate and deliver.

- Hydraulic calculations per NFPA 13 (density/area, ESFR, standpipe combined systems)
- Fire pump verification against manufacturer curves (NFPA 20)

Recent work:
- Oil storage warehouse: ceiling-only ESFR (K22.4, 12 heads @ 35 psi), combined Class III standpipe, 2,000 gpm fire pump verified for both scenarios
- Office building: Light Hazard wet system, 57 sprinklers, municipal supply with 22 psi safety margin
Experience: Project Engineer designing fire sprinkler systems for hospitals, residential towers, office buildings and industrial warehouses (NFPA 13, NFPA 20). Based in Honduras, working in U.S. Central Time.
