I supported the preparation and manufacturing of unit and small-series mechanical parts for customers from different industries, ranging from automotive to food-processing companies. My work covered process planning, CAD/CAM preparation, CNC machining support and manufacturing documentation. Because the parts varied significantly in geometry, material, tolerances and application, troubleshooting was a major part of the role: analysing machining difficulties, reviewing the manufacturing approach, adapting setups or processes and finding practical solutions for each new case. This experience developed my ability to move quickly between very different technical problems and turn unique customer requirements into workable manufacturing processes.

I handled CAD modifications, CAM programming, CNC process preparation, machining methods and production planning. When a part was manufactured incorrectly, I investigated the issue, identified the root cause, corrected the design, CAM strategy or manufacturing method, and prepared the job for production again. I also reviewed drawings and technical requirements, coordinated directly with customers, clarified manufacturing constraints, defined the required raw material and contributed to quotations based on material and machining needs. In practice, I connected customer requirements, engineering and production, with responsibility for turning technical problems into practical, production-ready solutions.

I supported manufacturing methods and industrialization activities related to stamping tooling and production processes, with attention to production planning, process parameters, tooling, quality requirements and technical documentation. The objective was to prepare and maintain a process capable of handling higher quantities without losing consistency, quality or production efficiency. I was also involved in analysing manufacturing conditions and improving parameters and methods when required. This experience gave me a practical understanding of high-volume production: how a process must be organised, controlled and optimised so that a large customer order can move reliably from planning to repeated production.
