Nenad V.
Mechanical Engineer | 3D CAD & Product Development
About
I have over 10 years of experience in engineering, industrial design, and product development, with strong hands-on experience in manufacturing and turning ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.
Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide range of industrial projects, from concept and 3D modeling to prototyping, tooling, manufacturing, testing, and final implementation. My experience includes machinery, vending machines, agricultural equipment, plastic products, injection molds, metal components, prototypes, and various manufacturing solutions.
I work extensively with AutoCAD 2D/3D, Autodesk Inventor, Adobe Illustrator, and KeyShot, as well as other tools for 3D modeling, technical documentation, visualization, image, and video processing.
Coming from a family business focused on plastic processing and injection mold manufacturing, I developed strong practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, materials, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). I understand that a good design must not only work technically, but also be practical and economical to manufacture.
I have experience working with manufacturers, tool shops, suppliers, and production teams, as well as developing technical drawings, STEP files, prototypes, product improvements, and manufacturing documentation.
I have also worked on ▒▒▒▒▒▒ as part of an established engineering team, contributing to projects for international clients. I am now building my independent ▒▒▒▒▒▒ profile and looking to work directly with clients through my company, UP TEAM.
English is not my native language, but I have experience working with international clients and technical teams. I continuously improve my communication skills and prefer to clearly define technical requirements, dimensions, revisions, and project details in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
As the Founder & CEO of UP TEAM, I am open to new challenges, interesting products, and long-term collaborations.
If you have a product idea, an existing design that needs improvement, or a technical challenge to solve, feel free to get in touch.

As a Mechanical Engineer and part of the engineering and development team, I contributed to projects focused on the automation, technical improvement, and modernization of vending machines, including the development and integration of mechanical components and functional solutions across different machine models.
As part of the team, I contributed to the development of specialized mechanical systems that are still in operation across multiple locations, supporting the process from design and development through testing, manufacturing, and implementation.
I collaborated with colleagues and manufacturing partners in Serbia on the production of metal components, fixtures, and structural elements, contributing to the preparation and coordination of components for export and delivery to the United States.
I also continue to collaborate on graphic design, side panels, machine branding, graphic elements, and decals, helping create visual solutions that provide clients with a clear representation of the final machine and its integration into specific locations.
As part of the development process, I produced high-resolution, photorealistic 3D renders and animations, including visualizations of mechanical functions, assembly sequences, component integration, and the final appearance of machines within their intended environments.
I continue to work as an external technical collaborator with teams responsible for machine locations, contributing to technical solutions, visualizations, site preparation, and coordination of the elements required for successful installation. -

A company specializing in custom interiors, exhibition and expo spaces, scale models, and furniture with demanding and unconventional forms has been an important creative and technical part of my professional development.
Through my work with the company, I have been involved for many years in projects involving the processing and integration of a wide range of materials, including metal, wood, plastics, composites, and various construction materials.
I have led complex projects requiring the coordination of multiple engineers and, in some cases, large production teams involving up to around 100 people, from technical development and 3D modeling through production preparation and execution.
A significant part of my contribution has been solving complex and non-standard geometries through 3D CAD modeling, technical development, and CNC manufacturing. These projects significantly strengthened my experience in production engineering, DFM, multi-material design, and combining different manufacturing and machining processes.
I have also contributed to developing solutions with repeatability and serial production in mind. Some of these solutions were later used as standardized components, production aids, and reusable elements across multiple projects.
More recently, AlphaKodi has expanded with its subsidiary dr.Steelwood, focused on innovative and modular furniture. I am involved in developing concept solutions, product ideas, technical development, and transforming initial concepts into practical solutions suitable for further development and manufacturing. -
