I have worked in engineering and management roles, including Maintenance Chief, with hands-on experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, maintenance, R&D, and reverse engineering. My experience includes the design and development of: passenger and accessibility elevators, scissor lift platforms, cranes and lifting equipment, industrial machinery and mechanical systems, yarn production machines and fiber production lines. In my current work, I am responsible for the design and development of complete CFB yarn machines and fiber production lines. I developed these machines through reverse engineering, including analyzing, redesigning, and adapting Chinese-made machinery for manufacturing. I have strong practical experience with SolidWorks 2023 and AutoCAD, including 3D modeling, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, reverse engineering, machine design, and production-ready CAD documentation. I focus on practical, manufacturable designs and can take a project from an initial concept, sketch, photograph, or existing machine through 3D modeling, detailed technical drawings, and manufacturing.
