About
I design parametric 3D CAD models in Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D printing, prototyping, product development, replacement parts, fixtures, adapters, enclosures, and custom mechanical components.
I work from sketches, photographs, measurements, existing parts, reference models, STL files, or written requirements and convert them into structured, editable CAD geometry.
My work includes:
• Parametric Fusion 360 modeling
• 3D-printable part design
• STEP and STL creation
• Part recreation from measurements and reference material
• Existing model modification and repair
• Mechanical interfaces, mating features and assemblies
• Brackets, mounts, adapters, fixtures and enclosures
• Product concepts and functional prototypes
• Design revisions based on fitment and testing
• Dimension- and constraint-driven modeling
I approach CAD work by defining the required final state, identifying the functional and dimensional constraints, then building and validating the geometry against those requirements.
Deliverables can include editable Fusion 360 files, STEP, STL and supporting documentation depending on the project.

Work includes parametric components, replacement parts, mechanical interfaces, enclosures, adapters, reference-based reconstruction, STL/STEP generation and iterative design refinement in Autodesk Fusion 360.
