I produce complete, construction-ready drawing sets — floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, detail sheets, and finish schedules — from concept through For Construction release. 18+ years in AutoCAD, 13+ of them specializing in residential and multi-family interior design for production builders and developers.
I don't just draft: I was drawing quality control lead at my last firm, so what you get back is checked — clearances, door swings, plan-to-elevation consistency, finish tags that match the schedule. I also build my own CAD tools, including a hatch pattern generator that creates valid AutoCAD .pat files for any tile layout.
Happy to work from sketches, redlines, photos, or existing PDFs. Deadlines are sacred to me — I've spent 14 years managing 3-6 concurrent projects and never missed one.
