Design Patent No. 516287
Designed and developed an Industrial Application-Based External Pipe-Climbing Robot for Inspection of Pipes, capable of adapting to variable pipe diameters.
The concept focuses on developing a flexible robotic mechanism that can securely move along external pipe surfaces while accommodating changes in pipe diameter, enabling applications in industrial inspection and maintenance.

Designed and modified internal grinding machine tooling to reduce machine setting time. The optimized tooling solution was successfully implemented across 17 production lines.
Cage Pressing Die Tooling
Designed and developed customized tooling for cage pressing applications and conducted trials and validation to achieve stable and consistent production performance.
