Throughout my career, I have worked on demanding industrial projects in mining, bulk material handling, water and wastewater treatment, piping, and heavy fabrication. At Martin Engineering, I developed equipment and transfer chute solutions for conveyor systems and performed FEA studies on impact beds and chutes subjected to demanding mining loads. At B&F Dias, I worked on industrial water treatment systems, stainless steel, PVC and HDPE piping, structural supports, and large-scale installations.
One of my major projects involved leading the mechanical design of a large water treatment system in Joinville, Brazil, with four 58-meter-diameter tanks. I also participated as lead designer in the implementation of Nereda wastewater treatment technology in Brazil.
I have practical experience working directly with manufacturing, machining, welding, assembly teams, suppliers, and engineering departments. This allows me to design not only for appearance or CAD accuracy, but for real-world manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, cost, and reliability.
