I am a Senior Embedded Hardware and Systems Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience developing electronic products from concept and prototype through PCB design, firmware integration, bring-up, manufacturing and production.
My core experience includes schematic design, PCB layout, BOM selection, DFM, prototype bring-up, Embedded Linux, MCU firmware, networking products, IoT gateways, 4G/5G CPEs and industrial embedded systems.
I primarily use OrCAD for schematic capture and PADS for PCB layout, and can deliver complete manufacturing packages including Gerber files, drill files, BOM, placement data, assembly drawings and production documentation.
I have experience with high-speed and mixed-signal designs involving Ethernet, USB, PCIe, RF modules, cellular modems, power management, STM32 and ARM/Linux platforms.
A major part of my work is taking prototypes and turning them into production-ready products. I can also support component sourcing, PCB/PCBA fabrication, prototype builds, NPI, supplier communication and production debugging in mainland China.
I am based in Guangzhou, China and available for international remote freelance and contract projects.
