I am a BS Architecture graduate specializing in architectural drafting, residential design, space planning, and 3D modeling using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
I can assist with floor plans, elevations, sections, architectural drawings, plan revisions, PDF or sketch-to-CAD conversion, residential layouts, interior space planning, and 3D models.
I also have hands-on experience in architectural apprenticeship and construction-site coordination, which helps me understand drawings not only as plans on paper, but also in relation to actual construction.
My goal is to provide clean, accurate, organized drawings while following the client's requirements and maintaining clear communication throughout the project.
I am also an experienced remote freelancer, having worked with international clients since 2009. I understand the importance of reliability, attention to detail, deadlines, and consistent communication.
