Mechanical CAD Designer | 3D Printing Specialist

I specialize in designing functional mechanical parts and assemblies optimized for 3D printing. My experience includes creating custom components from scratch, reverse engineering existing parts from photos and measurements, and developing moving mechanisms such as gearboxes, differentials, brackets, housings, and structural components.

I focus on designs that are not only visually accurate but also manufacturable with FDM 3D printing, taking into account tolerances, clearances, wall thickness, fasteners, and assembly requirements.

My recent projects include detailed RC vehicle development with fully functional mechanical assemblies, custom gear systems, and printable prototypes designed for real-world use.

I can deliver STL, STEP, and other CAD files ready for prototyping or manufacturing.
