My responsibilities include creating 3D models, assemblies, engineering drawings, BOMs, and prototypes, as well as designing mechanical mechanisms involving motors, bearings, shafts, springs, cables, and hydraulic systems. I also coordinate directly with manufacturing partners and suppliers in China and Egypt, including CNC machining, laser cutting, and aluminum extrusion factories, to ensure the designs are manufacturable and meet the required specifications. I follow projects from the initial concept and mechanical design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and final assembly.
