I work on plastic parts, insert-molded components, metal-plastic combinations, precision connectors, and automotive assembly parts.

My responsibilities include Siemens NX 3D design, mold concept development, GD&T and tolerance analysis, DFM preparation, FMEA analysis, Mold Flow Analysis, injection molding feasibility studies, mold correction loops, technical drawings, measurement fixture design, injection mold capacity calculations, and production support.

It involves MoldFlow analyses and improvements in design through
simulation of plastic injection molding defects.

based image processing technologies for press-fit pins in the connector,
enabling fast and accurate quality control during and after production.
