I'm an architect with 10 years of practice, focused on two things:
timber-frame building design and landscape / site design — both
delivered as fully modelled Archicad BIM, not just drawings.

TIMBER FRAME & PREFAB
- Light timber frame, post-and-beam and panelised construction,
modelled member by member in Archicad with ArchiFrame
- Wall, floor and roof panel layouts, stud and joist framing,
sheathing and cladding, shop drawings for CNC and factory assembly
- Cutting lists and material takeoffs generated straight from the model
- I run my own factory-based modular housing company, so drawings are
built around what a shop floor can actually cut, panelize and ship:
transport widths, lifting points, assembly sequence.

LANDSCAPE & SITE
- Terrain models from survey data — DWG contours and survey points
converted to accurate TIN meshes with breaklines
- Grading, cut-and-fill balance, retaining structures, drainage layout
- Planting plans and plant schedules; custom GDL plant objects and
Enscape assets so the site reads correctly in renders
- Hardscape: paving, decks, steps, site walls, fencing

ARCHICAD & RHINO DEVELOPMENT
Graphisoft Registered API Developer. I write and publish commercial
tools for Archicad, and I work across the Rhino/Grasshopper–Archicad
boundary.
- Parametric Dimensioning via Point Export (GH → Archicad) — published
on Food4Rhino. Pushes reference points out of Grasshopper into
Archicad so parametric geometry arrives with real, usable dimensions
in the drawing set, instead of landing as geometry nobody can
annotate.

breaklines

- Custom GDL object libraries and Enscape asset preparation
If a repetitive Archicad task eats hours every week, I can usually turn
it into a tool.

AI INSIDE ARCHICAD
I built a working bridge that lets an AI assistant operate Archicad
directly: plain-language instruction in, real model operations out.
C++ add-on on the Archicad side, Python server in between, LLM on top
(Anthropic Claude and OpenAI-compatible models), exposing 200+ Archicad
commands as callable tools over MCP. In daily use for bulk element
edits, property and classification clean-up, and model queries. This is
tooling I run in my own office, not a concept demo. If you want
something similar inside your own Archicad workflow, I can build it.

Deliverables: PLN, IFC, DWG, PDF, cutting lists, XLSX schedules.
