About
I help building owners, architects, contractors, and developers turn mechanical concepts into coordinated, buildable HVAC systems. With more than a decade of experience in building mechanical engineering, I have worked across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, retail, industrial, education, and mixed-use projects, from early design development through construction support and commissioning.
My work covers heating and cooling load calculations, HVAC equipment selection, air distribution, ventilation, hydronic systems, mechanical room layouts, equipment schedules, construction documentation, permit-ready drawings, BIM coordination, and clash resolution. I develop practical designs around project requirements while maintaining alignment with ASHRAE standards, IMC, IBC, IECC, NFPA, ASME requirements, and applicable local codes.
I am comfortable working directly with architects, electrical engineers, contractors, owners, and commissioning teams to resolve design issues before they become field problems. My typical design environment includes Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE 3D Plus, Elite Software, EnergyPlus, and eQUEST.
I bring a delivery-oriented approach to every assignment, whether the need is a new HVAC design, an existing-building assessment, BIM coordination, energy analysis, construction documentation, or technical review.
