About
I turn sketches, reference photos, and rough ideas into jewelry CAD files that cast correctly the first time, and renders clients can't tell apart from studio photography.
Most CAD freelancers stop at the model. I take the same piece all the way through — Matrix for the build, ZBrush for the detail, then a full render and video pass in Blender with Octane. You get one file set for the workshop and one for the website.
What you get
Production-ready CAD — editable 3DM plus castable STL
Stone chart with sizes, counts, shapes and seat positions
Metal weight estimate by karat and material
Wall thickness, prong geometry and undercuts checked before you print
Photoreal stills for e-commerce, Instagram and client approval
360° turntables and short-form video for product pages, Reels and ▒▒▒▒▒▒
Colour-graded final images and clips
Jewelry I work on
Engagement rings and bridal sets, solitaires, halos, hidden halos, three-stone, pavé, channel and bezel settings. Pendants, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, signet rings, charms, and full collections built to one design language.
How a project runs
Reference review → CAD build in Matrix → detail and sculpt pass in ZBrush → scene, materials and cameras in Blender → custom HDRI lighting in HDR Light Studio → final render in Octane, or KeyShot if you prefer → grade and finish in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
You approve the model before rendering starts, so revisions happen at the cheap stage instead of after final images.
Who I work best with
Custom jewelers and bridal studios sending regular one-off orders. Jewelry brands building or refreshing a collection. Manufacturers who need clean, consistent files at volume. Online sellers who need product visuals without booking a photoshoot.
Questions clients usually ask
1. Can you work from a photo or a screenshot? Yes. Most of my jobs start with a reference image or a rough sketch, not a technical drawing.
2. Will the file actually cast? That's the point. I check wall thickness, seat depth, prong length and undercuts against your metal and setting method before anything is handed over.
3. Can you match my existing collection? Yes. Send two or three current pieces and I'll match proportion, finish and stone standards.
4. How fast? A single ring with renders is usually 2–3 days. Collections and video work depend on scope, I'll give you a real timeline before we start, not an optimistic one.
5. Do you sign NDAs? Yes, and I don't post client work anywhere without written permission.
Tools: Gemvision Matrix · Pixologic ZBrush · Blender · Octane Render · KeyShot · HDR Light Studio · DaVinci Resolve · Adobe After Effects · Adobe Photoshop
Send me the sketch or the reference and tell me what it's for, production, a client presentation, or a product page. I'll tell you exactly what I'd deliver and how long it takes before you commit to anything.
