Advanced PCB Design & Architecture:
Using Altium Designer, I have designed multi-layer PCBs including an 8-layer BMS board optimized for high-current applications (up to 200A). My designs incorporate thermal management, signal integrity, and ESD protection considerations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of hardware reliability and manufacturing processes.
System Integration & Leadership:
Beyond individual contributions, I have led planning and execution of complete product development cycles, managed technical hiring to build capable teams, and executed value engineering initiatives to optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) for cost efficiency—skills that are critical for delivering results in dynamic organizations.
