I work as a Junior Embedded Systems Engineer and Product Owner, specializing in professional multilayer PCB design, embedded hardware development, testing, debugging, and validation using Altium Designer. My experience includes high-speed digital, RF, low-power, mixed-signal, rigid, and flexible PCB designs, covering the complete PCB development lifecycle from schematic review, component selection, custom library development, PCB stack-up design, component placement, routing, design verification, and manufacturing-file generation. I also develop and maintain standardized custom Altium Designer libraries, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D models, component parameters, and internal design rules to ensure consistency, accuracy, reusability, and compliance with engineering standards.
My PCB design work includes multilayer stack-up development, controlled-impedance and differential-pair routing, signal integrity, power integrity, return-current path planning, reference-plane selection, grounding, decoupling, EMI/EMC considerations, thermal management, RF routing, via stitching, transmission-line practices, power-tree architecture, and low-power design techniques. I also design flexible PCBs considering bend regions, bend radius, stiffeners, coverlay, connector placement, mechanical constraints, and reliability. Before manufacturing release, I perform ERC/DRC verification, design reviews, DFM/DFA checks, component availability and mechanical compatibility reviews. After fabrication and assembly, I conduct PCB bring-up, laboratory testing, fault finding, debugging, and hardware validation, troubleshooting power supplies, analogue and digital signals, communication interfaces, connectivity issues, and component-level faults. Contributed to the redesign of a GX53 Smart LED and Smart Kettle by analysing existing PCB circuits and embedded interfaces, and developed a Smart EV Socket PCB using ESP32, TFT, PZEM-004T and Tuya modules with UART, I2C and MQTT communication. Also developed an ESP32-based Smart Load Cell system and supported PCB-level debugging, hardware testing and validation of a Battery Swapping Station using ESP32, ATmega2560, UART and SPI interfaces.

Designed Fast Charger Sensor Board PCB V2.0 and V3.0 using EAGLE with STM32, CAN, RS485, I2C and UART interfaces, and developed a 12 V BLDC fan soft-starter PCB incorporating MOSFET and op-amp based current limiting and inrush control. Performed PCB restoration, soldering, troubleshooting and functional validation of Port Controller hardware, while also supporting the design and optimization of 60 kW and 80 kW fast-charger harnesses involving VSECC, CHAdeMO and CCS systems.
