I provide BIM, CAD and design-production support for architecture, interior design, construction and real-estate projects. My work includes AutoCAD drafting, Revit modeling, existing-condition drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, interior documentation, 3D modeling and presentation support.

I can work from sketches, PDFs, redlines, field measurements, existing CAD files or project information supplied by your team. My focus is clear, organized documentation, responsive communication and reliable project support.

I also have experience in interior design, commercial spaces, hospitality projects, custom surfaces, decorative objects and creative design development, which helps me understand both the technical and visual sides of a project.

Services include:
AutoCAD drafting and revisions; Revit BIM modeling; PDF/sketch to CAD conversion; existing-condition drawings; interior plans and elevations; furniture and finish plans; RCPs; SketchUp and 3D presentation support; and ongoing drafting assistance for busy project teams.
