• coordinator MESA · Full-time Sep 2012 – Present 13 yrs 11 mos CA, United States Responsibilities are to designing and/or modifying parts (and exporting them as STEP or STL files) specifically so they can be manufactured smoothly on 3D printers for the STEM competitions. Taking older, flat 2D engineering drawings (or even just rough sketches from my coworker) and turning them into full, parametric 3D models. I also design custom plastic housings for electronics like Arduinos, sensors, and circuit boards. I also manage other characteristics of a STEM program.
