For 7.5 years, I served as an Assistant Professor of Plastics Product Design, where I taught product design, manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM, and engineering fundamentals while mentoring future engineers.

Currently, I work as a Process Manager, leading factory operations, coordinating production teams, improving manufacturing efficiency, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
