I am an experienced Electrical Designer and Draftsman specialising in LV and MV switchboards, motor control centres, distribution boards, PLC and control panels, package substations, kiosks, skids and switchrooms.

I produce accurate, practical and manufacturing-ready electrical drawings, including single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, wiring and termination diagrams, panel general arrangements, equipment layouts, cable schedules, block diagrams and bills of materials.

My experience covers the full project lifecycle—from reviewing client specifications and developing concepts through detailed design, engineering calculations, estimating, production coordination, documentation, testing and final as-built drawings. I understand that good electrical drawings must not only look professional; they must also be technically correct, easy to manufacture, easy to install and easy to maintain.

My primary software includes AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD Mechanical, Microsoft Access, Excel and document-management platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex and InEight/TeamBinder.

I have extensive experience working with Australian electrical projects and standards, including AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008, AS/NZS 61439 and AS/NZS 62271.

I am available for complete drawing packages, drawing conversions, design revisions, schematic development, panel layouts, BOM preparation, AutoCAD Electrical symbol creation and the correction or updating of existing electrical documentation.
