I am a mechanical engineer with a completed Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and multiple years of practical engineering work experience in CAD design, product development, structural analysis and engineering simulation. My services include 3D CAD modelling, mechanical component and assembly design, technical drawings, design improvements, FEA, CFD, composite laminate analysis and engineering calculations.
I have worked on projects involving mechanical systems, electric mobility, composite structures, structural components and designs exposed to demanding environmental and loading conditions. My experience includes developing concepts, creating detailed CAD models, evaluating stresses and deformation, analysing airflow and pressure loads, selecting materials and improving designs for strength, weight, functionality and manufacturability.
I primarily work with Siemens NX, Simcenter 3D, NX Nastran and SolidWorks. I can assist with both early-stage concepts and the refinement of existing designs, including preparing models and drawings for manufacturing, prototyping, machining, welding, sheet-metal fabrication and 3D printing.
My approach combines practical mechanical design with simulation and analytical validation. I focus on delivering accurate, clearly documented and realistic engineering solutions that can be manufactured and used effectively, rather than producing CAD models that only look correct visually.
