  Designed a complete 3D model of a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine using SOLIDWORKS. The project included the machine frame, gantry, linear motion system, Z-axis assembly, plasma torch mount, lead screw mechanism, motor mounts, and supporting structural components. The design focused on structural rigidity, precision, ease of fabrication, and efficient assembly to achieve accurate plasma cutting performance.
  
  Detailed part models, assemblies, exploded views, and engineering drawings were developed throughout the design process. After completing the CAD design, a functional prototype was fabricated and assembled to validate the machine's mechanical structure, linear motion system, and overall functionality. This project demonstrates the successful transition from digital design to a working machine.
• Manual Porridge Mixing Machine – 3D CAD Design and Physical Model Role; Mechanical Design Engineer
  
  Designed a manual porridge mixing machine using SOLIDWORKS, creating complete 3D models and engineering drawings for the major components and assembly. After completing the CAD design, a physical scale model was constructed using hard paper (cardboard) to demonstrate the machine's structure, component arrangement, and overall design concept. This project highlights my ability to transform a digital design into a tangible model while applying sound mechanical design principles and effective visualization techniques.
