    • Evaluated critical components including shafts, bearings, welded joints, and structural components.
    • Prepared detailed CAD models, assembly designs, and engineering drawings.
    • Manufactured the machine by procuring raw materials and standard components, followed by machining processes where required.
    • Participated in machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly of the final prototype.
    • Conducted final assembly and reviewed the functionality of the manufactured machine.
    • Prepared and organized project documentation, including engineering drawings, calculations, design reports, and supporting technical documentation.

    This project provided hands-on experience in systematic mechanical design, product development, engineering analysis, CAD modeling, manufacturing, assembly, and technical documentation.
  • Mechanical Design & Failure Analysis-Deli Punch Plier Politeknik Negeri Bandung · Full-time Jan 2024 – Jul 2026 2 yrs 6 mos Bandung, West Java, Indonesia Analyzed and evaluated a Deli Punch Plier product as part of a mechanical design project, focusing on its working mechanism, material selection, loading conditions, potential failure modes, and manufacturing processes.

    The project included:

    • Analyzing the working principle and mechanical mechanism of the punch plier.
    • Identifying the loads and forces acting on critical components during operation.
