I am having 5 years of experience as Mechanical Product Engineer, specialized in NPD, Concept creation and Mechanical Design.
Throughout my career, I have worked on Sheetmetal, Solid, Surface Modelings and both EPS & Sustainable Packaging components.
Currently I am leading design deliveries and Transform Conceptual requirement into Robust & Parametric 3D CAD models and Production ready Drawings using Catia v5.
Also I have specialized in GD&T and Tolerance Stackup Analysis of 1D & 3D using Cetol 6 sigma to identify the critical gaps and ensure precisely assembly alignment before go to production.
I also worked on cost reduction activities and concepts that supported client patents.
Done Sustainble Packaging for Europe & Australia regions to become EPS free package used.
Beyond the technical side, Manage End to End PLM lifecycle by handling ECR, ECN and AA to release the Production drawings for manufacturing and Testing on Teamcenter PLM.
Then regulary have an interaction with clients and supplier to align with standards & work.
