Mostly work on A surface development of exterior panels. (Handle bar, Knee board, Floor board, Front panels, Side skits, Seat, under seat panels, Battery compartment, swing arm cover, mudguard, Tractor hood, Cabin)
● Lead the creative styling design of two-wheeled electric vehicles, from initial hand-drawn sketches, Blender inputs, and scan data, through to Class A surfacing using Alias Surface / CATIA. Translate corporate brand strategy, market positioning, and industry trends into innovative, user-focused design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, CMF, manufacturing) to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM), validate structural and process feasibility, and resolve conflicts between creativity and manufacturability.
● Developed high-quality Class A surfaces for exterior panels, balancing styling and engineering requirements.
● Advanced sheet metal manufacturing process: Develop the panels for Low speed and mid speed EV. Panels has been designed to be feasible for sheet metal unbending and is suitable for the press-brake bending logic, advanced sheet metal manufacturing process, adhering to standard sheet metal design guidelines. Designed. Design with. Proper bends, cuts, and corner reliefs have been planned and implemented to ensure smooth unbending, Laser cutting and feasible for press-brake bending Machines.
