Engineering Leadership & Management

•Quality Assurance: Check and certify Mechanical Data Sheets, Design Drawings, Design Basis, Specifications and Calculations.
•Compliance: Prepare documentation for ASME Audits and to approve checklists for GA and detailed engineering drawings.
Tendering & Procurement Support
•Contract Review: Analyze Tender/ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents to identify technical deviations and prepare formal Technical Queries (TQs).
•Procurement Lifecycle: Approve detailed specifications and Purchase Requisitions (PR); initiate RFQs and maintain a robust vendor database.
•Bid Evaluation: Lead Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), facilitate Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), and manage technical clarifications during techno-commercial discussions.
•ERP Management: Perform final verification and validation of ERP BOM to ensure accuracy before hand-off to Planning and Purchase departments.
Execution & Site Support
•Lifecycle Support: Oversee both pre-order and post-order engineering work.
•Issue Resolution: Technical point of contact to resolve critical shop-floor fabrication issues and on-site installation challenges.
