Full set of construction and MEP drawings produced for the renovation, modification, and improvement of an existing commercial building at 651 Lee St SW, Atlanta, Georgia, for client TR Brothers Inc. The project scope covered a 1,400 SF building on a 7,405 SF lot and was submitted to the City of Atlanta Department of Buildings for permit approval.
Drawing deliverables included site plan, existing and proposed floor plans, life safety plan, ADA/accessibility toilet layout, HVAC plan, lighting plan, power plan, drainage plan, and water supply plan — all produced in compliance with the International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), and the Georgia State Minimum Standard Energy Code.
