In addition, I offer plan review and professional engineering (PE) stamping services where required, helping streamline approvals and meet jurisdictional requirements across multiple states.
From electrical design, lighting, and life-safety systems to HVAC planning and ASHRAE audits, I support projects aligned with LEED, 179D, and other energy efficiency goals. My estimating capabilities include detailed material and labor projections using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Xactimate.
