CADEC Limited is an engineering consultancy based in North Yorkshire offering services including Design Engineering, Product Development, Reverse Engineering, Rapid Prototyping (with 3D Printing) and Detail Drafting. CADEC Limited support clients across multiple industry sectors, including automotive, agriculture, special purpose machinery, medical, nuclear and consumer products.
In recent years CADEC Ltd has completed automotive projects for Polestar – an electric performance car brand, determined to improve the society we live in, the electric London Taxi & Van and supported on a Formula 1 KERS project. Other recent projects include several designs for Infinicut electric mowers and CAD support for Lotus Engineering working on the track bike used by Team GB at the Tokyo Olympics.
In addition to projects from major OEMs, CADEC Ltd also support small businesses, entrepreneurs, and private individuals.
CADEC Limited has proven expertise in generating and taking concept ideas then developing final engineered solutions utilising parametric 3D models and drawings using industry standard CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Catia V5, Autodesk Inventor, and UGNX. As a full-service consultancy, CADEC’s design expertise and project development skills are provided as a complete package from clean sheet through to production, or for any of the phases in between.
