Moses was born in Kenya. He finished my degree in architecture in 2014. latter joined an architectural form in Kenya. He have designed various projects in Kenya where he gained varied experience in the general and specialized design process. He is also the brain behind the 3D modeling and presentation in the firm. The major role assigned to me in the firm is:-
• Collection of Brief from Client
• Needs analysis
• Incorporate a team of experts based on Project Needs
• Prepare Conceptual, Preliminary, Scheme and Detailed designs
• Oversee the tendering process in liaison with other consultants in the team
• Supervise the implementation of the Project
• Prepare periodical progress reports for appraising the Client.
• Oversee the preparation of final accounts
• Inspect defects during defects liability period and ensure they are made good.
