About

I'm a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and 5-axis CNC specialist with 15+ years in aerospace and precision manufacturing. I help clients go from CAD model to finished part. CAM programming, fixture design, process planning, and tooling for complex, tight-tolerance components.
My work includes programming the RL10 rocket engine oxidizer housing, where I designed a custom fixture that cut setups from 4+ to 2 while holding ±0.00015". I program 5-axis simultaneous, 3+2, 4th-axis, and 3-axis in Mastercam, and I'm experienced with difficult materials: Inconel 718, Hastelloy, Monel, hardened 7075 aluminum, and P20/A2 tool steels.
