Responsible for structural and industrial design of e-bike frames and related components, including battery and motor covers and custom BOSCH battery mounts. Worked with factories to verify production feasibility, review 2D drawings, and track projects through mass production. Also supported KTM aluminum frames and carbon forks by coordinating manufacturing, managing schedules, and maintaining close communication with international clients, including on-site production checks in Vietnam when required.

Worked closely with mechanical and electrical engineers on 3D modeling, mechanism stack-up, CMF, and production artwork, contributed to several launched products, and helped develop a new design language (“Evil Eyes”) for next-generation gaming handheld PCs.

Responsibilities included ID tracking, CMF development, parametric 3D modeling, and prototype inspection. Coordinated graphic plans, CMF lists, and production artwork with manufacturers, maintained strong relationships with suppliers, and conducted multi-brand laptop teardown research for design analysis.
