Whether it's a residential villa, a commercial facade, or a multi-unit development — I deliver renders that make your project look built before a single brick is laid.

📐 2D Architectural Plan → 3D SketchUp Model + Shop Drawings I convert existing 2D floor plans, elevation drawings, and CAD files into fully structured 3D SketchUp models. From there, I produce accurate shop drawings including sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and construction details — ready for contractor use, permitting, or fabrication.
