I have been working for 40 years in both residential and commercial architectural construction field.
I am a structural engineer and also an architect who exceptionally values customer satisfaction.
Currently, I am a project manager of The Great House Company in VA.
I’ve started architectural design and engineering at the age of 20, and since then it has been an inseparable friend of mine.
Most importantly, I promise good work ethic and attitude, active and excessive commitment, and integrity as a whole.
As a PE, I have good experience and have mastered the multi-state building code, IBC 2018, 2021, AASHTO, ASCE 7-22, NDS 2024, AISC 360-22.
By using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Vectorworks, Vray, Rhino and 3DMax, I visualize the customer's idea to help realize the concept and add artistic value.
I use 3DMax and Lumion to produce promotional videos for buildings, and lead the production level to the highest level with my excellent knowledge of digital design.
I process customer requests for building design and submit satisfactory design plans.
