About
I’m a Revit / BIM specialist with 15+ years of hands-on construction and design-build experience, focused on producing coordinated, buildable documentation that reflects real-world field conditions.
I work primarily with general contractors, design-build teams, and small AEC firms who need reliable Revit support without adding long-term overhead. My role is pragmatic and situational—cleaning up models, coordinating across disciplines, responding to review comments, and delivering permit-ready drawing sets that help projects move forward.
My background includes:
• Revit-based architectural and structural documentation
• Construction coordination and constructability review
• Permit sets and plan-review corrections
• As-built documentation aligned with field reality
I’m intentionally not prescriptive about BIM processes. In many projects, coordination pressure originates in MEP while structural systems remain largely static. I aim to support teams where BIM genuinely adds value—without disrupting established workflows or PM oversight.
I’m also developing lightweight sequencing and 4D examples to support planning and communication where appropriate, but only when it serves the project—not as a forced implementation.
I operate as an independent contractor and can engage on a project-by-project basis or as ongoing external BIM capacity.
If you’re looking for practical Revit support grounded in real construction experience, I’m happy to connect.

Work with general contractors, design-build teams, and AEC firms as external BIM capacity—supporting projects without adding internal overhead.
Scope includes:
• Revit-based architectural and structural drawing sets
• Permit sets and plan-review comment responses
• Construction coordination and constructability review
• As-built documentation aligned with field conditions
• Model cleanup, organization, and standards alignment
Background includes 15+ years of hands-on construction and design-build experience, informing practical modeling decisions and realistic detailing.
BIM involvement is intentionally pragmatic and situational—supporting coordination where it adds value, without disrupting established project workflows.
Revit and BIM workflows formally adopted in 2022, building on more than a decade of design-build and field experience. Modeling approach emphasizes constructability, coordination clarity, and alignment with real-world construction practices rather than abstract or academic workflows.
