Hi, I'm Sameer Ahmed, a Design Engineer working in automotive product development and R&D, with hands-on experience using CATIA V5 for 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, design modifications, and product development.

My primary experience is in automotive seating, particularly plastic component design and foam component development. I have worked on plastic attachment features, foam pad assemblies, packaging studies, scan alignment, engineering model updates, and manufacturability-focused design activities.

I also have practical exposure to manufacturing, assembly, tooling feasibility, and design evaluation, allowing me to consider not only CAD geometry but also how a component can be manufactured and assembled.

I am interested in CATIA V5 design projects involving 3D modeling, product design, CAD modifications, engineering drawings, plastic components, automotive components, and general mechanical design support.
