A digital fabrication specialist and 3d modelling/CAD generalist. Freelancing for 15 years. Worked on many projects from high art gallery sculptures to vehicle fuel sensors for the military. I bring experience of a wide range of manufacturing methods and materials. From basic PLA FDM printing to titanium DMLS printing. Also experienced with a range of modelling methods, from digital sculpting to parametric CAD and computational design methods.

I have built several custom tools that allow me to offer:
Topology optimisation via internal lattices + TPMS design (for mesh final parts).
Printable surface texturing. Eg rough surfaces for improved grip, or specific patterns for aesthetics.

Particularly interested in computational design and building systems to build manufacturable designs. For example procedural custom glasses frames.
