I am an RIBA chartered architect with 30 years of worldwide experience in the profession, and I have recently opened The Building Design Studio in Toronto, Canada.

We can provide you with very high quality 2D drawings and 3D models, permit application and for construction drawings, code and zoning comments, siting and building design and layout comments, interior layout comments, and landscape comments.

We also have years of experience working with other offices, contractors, engineers and other consultants in a knowledgeable way.

With our extensive experience in architecture and documentation, we aim to add value to your project, and to solve problems with you, not just provide generic drafting without judgment, or thinking of the bigger picture.

Experience

Studio lead, design and construction Partisans Architects · Full-time Aug 2023 – Aug 2025 2 yrs Toronto, ON, Canada High end luxury Residence. Mississauga, Ontario. In construction. Design, project lead.

This is a high end luxury private residence situated on the shore of Lake Ontario. The 4000 square foot residence is of three ﬂoors, and provides for a large master bedroom and ensuite, and two guest rooms.

The project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026.

3450 Dufferin Street rental towers project. North York, Ontario. Design, project lead.

At IBI group, I was responsible with our team for the design development of residential tower projects in the Toronto region. These were condominium and rental towers with various typical podium amenities and other facilities such as daycare centres.

My role at GH3 was to lead the design development of gh3 projects, working with the highly talented partners and junior staff to realize gh3 projects according to the design intent.

International experience Prior to relocating to Canada, I worked as a chartered architect in east and south Asia, and the UK, for 22 years.

I worked on ten completed projects overseas, including hotels, office buildings, the Hong Kong international airport terminal, and university buildings.

This work provided me with extensive knowledge of world standards and practices in architecture.
