With over 18 years of experience working for automotive multinational companies in global teams, I am confident in my ability to improve workflows and maintain positive team energy. For the past four years, I have been sharing my expertise as a Design Leader and Scrum Master in the Design & GAE Team, and I am certified as a Professional Scrum Master I.
My major strength, in recognizing the raw potential in people and fostering their growth through encouragement, mentoring, and support. My international engineering experience in the USA and Sweden has allowed me to build a global network, enhancing collaboration with platform sites and performing design and geometrical architecture activities for new projects, advanced engineering, and global new 3D methods.
During this period, I have developed solid technical skills in diesel engines, manufacturing processes (including plastic injection, high-pressure die casting, forming, sheet metal, rotational molding, and machining), and GD&T combined with CETOL software, which have contributed to the improvement of several projects.
As an immersive and innovative tool, virtual reality and augmented reality have been instrumental in several design reviews and are now being applied to minimize environmental issues. These technologies are part of Industry 4.0, which I have led the implementation of locally.
In the past year, I have been involved with the Volvo Performance System, leading the Powertrain Engineering core team.
