• Mechanical Design Engineer Promec Engineering · Full-time Jul 2022 – Present 3 yrs 7 mos Türkiye At Promec Engineering, I have been working as a Mechanical Design Engineer, actively contributing to the design and development of industrial and defense-related mechanical systems. My responsibilities include creating 3D part and assembly models, detailed manufacturing drawings, and complete engineering documentation using PTC Creo.
  
  I am involved in the full product development lifecycle, starting from requirement analysis and concept design through prototyping, testing, and production support. My work emphasizes Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, tolerance analysis, material selection, and cost-effective design solutions to ensure reliable and manufacturable products.
  
  In addition to design activities, I perform structural and vibration analyses using ANSYS Workbench to validate mechanical integrity, deformation behavior, and safety factors. I collaborate closely with production, quality, and test teams to resolve manufacturing and assembly issues, implement design improvements, and support qualification and environmental testing processes in accordance with relevant standards.
  
  Through my involvement in projects such as rotating antenna systems, test fixtures, pan-tilt mechanisms, and military-grade mechanical assemblies, I have gained strong hands-on experience in developing robust mechanical systems suitable for demanding operational environments.
