I am a dedicated electromechanical engineer with a strong background in CAD modelling, simulation, and manufacturing process design. I use SolidWorks and CATIA V5 for mechanical design and, Abaqus and Marc (Hexagon) for FEA simulations, and I also work with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and control design.
Key Projects & Experience:
- Designed and built a 6-DOF industrial pick and place robotic arm.
- Designed a 3U CubeSat structure and performed simulation
- Built a working CanSat prototype for atmospheric data collection
- Modeled and simulated automated waving machine and Automated a galvanized sheet metal de-coiler machine
- Designed a modular JIS production system using visTABLE for Hyundai Mobis
- Created machining process plans for sleeve batch production (MCT)
- Developed bulk metal forming process (backward and forward cup extrusion) using SolidWorks.
