About
I've had the pleasure of driving product innovation for a diverse range of successful companies—from iconic brands like Oakley, to industry-disruptors like Guardian Bikes, and vital defense projects with the DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory. With over 14 years of engineering expertise, I specialize in guiding businesses through the product development process. I have worked in industry for various OEMs, and then in 2017 I started my own consultancy, Novien, through which I have personally led technical design for 150+ products.
Navigating the full product development cycle, I create and optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless sourcing. Trusting your project to me ensures access to a network of talent and suppliers, integrating business acuity into project management, client collaboration, and budgeting.
My collaborative approach ensures effective communication, fostering a positive environment for success. Reflecting on Novien's diverse portfolio, each project represents a commitment to delivering excellence and overcoming unique challenges.
I'm excited about applying my skills and experience to your projects, whether in concept development, R&D and testing, or overcoming manufacturing challenges. Let's connect to explore how my expertise aligns with your goals and create a collaborative path towards turning your idea into a product in the market.
