I've had the pleasure of driving product innovation for a diverse range of successful companies—from iconic brands like Oakley, to industry-disruptors like Guardian Bikes, and vital defense projects with the DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory. With over 14 years of engineering expertise, I specialize in guiding businesses through the product development process. I have worked in industry for various OEMs, and then in 2017 I started my own consultancy, Novien, through which I have personally led technical design for 150+ products.
