2. In conjunction with supervisors work, periodically inspect and evaluate the quality of works in progress and methodologies adopted;
3. Report on the supervisors concerned, promptly recommended to the Director of Programs, any measure to be implemented to correct a situation resulting from actions or omissions of contractors with the Plan.
4. Approve or review in coordination with external supervisors the Monthly various works in progress, then forward requests for payments to contractors and supervisors, in accordance with contracts binding them to Haiti Map
5. Analyzing reports from external supervisors and recommend to the Programs Directorate, where applicable, appropriate measures for the smooth running of this work.

7. Submit to the Directorate of Program a monthly report of progress of various infrastructure projects underway.
